DAY 1 (Saturday):                 MADRID / CACERES / CORDOBA
Depart from the Trapsatur Madrid Office / Bus Terminal at 08:00 a.m. towards the region of Extremadura and arrival to Cáceres, founded by the Romans in 25BC, the old town section of this beautiful city invites travellers to enjoy medieval streets, plazas, towers, battlements, palaces, churches and convents. Free time on arrival may allow time for some exploration or perhaps a chance to enjoy the highly regarded local cuisine and wines at one of many inns and restaurants. Next is Cordoba one of the ancient world’s most influential cities and oldest settlements in Spain. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 2 (Sunday):                    CORDOBA / SEVILLE
After breakfast a sightseeing program includes the magnificent 8th century Mezquita/Mosque/Cathedral and the historic Jewish quarter, with its narrow winding streets, decorated courtyards and patios of flowers. Next is Seville, a wonderful city, regarded by some as the romantic capital of Andalucía. After lunch, free time to explore and understand why Seville is the setting for the operas Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro, as well as being the home of the fiery flamenco; you feel it – in the narrow streets, squares, courtyards and colourful patios of the Santa Cruz district. Accommodation. Optional tour to attend a flamenco show.
DAY 3 (Monday):                   SEVILLE
After breakfast a morning city tour visiting the Barrio de Santa Cruz with its narrow streets, the Park of Maria Luisa and Plaza de Espana, with panoramic sightseeing of the city.
Optional Artistic tour including the Royal Alcazar Palace.
An afternoon at leisure to explore the city, perhaps a river cruise along the Guadalquir or a visit to the pseudo reconstruction of Pontius Pilates House (Casa de Pilatos), which began in the 16th century, and presents an interesting blend of mudejar, gothic and renaissance styles with its beautiful patio and gallery, elegant fountain and ornamental minerva statues. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 4 (Tuesday):                  SEVILLE / RONDA / MARBELLA
Following breakfast, travel the route of the white villages including a stopover in Ronda, located over a deep ravine cut into rock 100 metres the Rio Tajo. Ronda has a spectacular location, this town simply invites visitors to wander along fascinating streets and alleys, or relax at one of the local cafes, perhaps overlooking the gorge, enjoying the beautiful regional cuisine and fine local wines while watching the world go by.
Continue to the Costa del Sol. Dinner and accommodation in Marbella.
DAY 5 (Wednesday):             MARBELLA / TANGIER / FES
After breakfastdepart for Algeciras or Tarifa to board the ferry crossing the Strait of Gibraltar towards Africa. Arrive into Morocco and after customs continue by motorcoach to the imperial city of Fes. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 6 (Thursday):                FES
The most ancient of the Imperial Cities, founded in the 8th century, Fes has become the spiritual heart and cultural centre of Morocco. Following breakfast, a morning sightseeing program including the Medersa, considered to be the first university of the Islamic world, the old Kasbah and its narrow streets, a visit to the dyers and tanners quarters where sheep and goatskins are coloured and processed into fashionable garments, the fountain Najerine, and the great Medina. An afternoon at leisure allows visitors to discover and explore Fes themselves which can be achieved in hours or days, this is a wonderful city with a fabulous “World Heritage” medieval medina. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 7 (Friday):                      FES / MEKNES / RABAT / TANGIER
Breakfastand then depart for Meknes, the Imperial city founded at the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismail. Enjoy a panoramic tour of this imperial walled city. Continue onto Rabat, capital of the Kingdom of Morocco, for a sightseeing city tour visiting the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Hassan Tower. After the visit continue to Tangier with a short panoramic tour before arriving at your hotel for dinner and accommodation.
DAY 8 (Saturday):                 TANGIER / MARBELLA
After breakfast departure to board the ferry and cross the Strait back to Spain.
Dinner and accommodation at Marbella.
DAY 9 (Sunday):                    MARBELLA / GRANADA
After breakfast depart for Granada, the final stronghold of the Moorish Kingdom in 1492, a glorious city immortalised in song and verse, overlooked by the majestic snow covered Sierra Nevadas. Enjoy a sightseeing tour visiting the Alhambra with its beautiful Nazari Palaces and the Generalife Gardens, which showcases Moorish palaces and towers and gardens, including terraces, pools and fountains in an incomparable setting – the Alhambra is special. Dinner and accommodation.
Optional visit to the caves of Sacromonte and attend a typical show of gipsy flamenco.
DAY 10 (Monday):                 GRANADA / TOLEDO / MADRID
After breakfast travel to the Imperial city of Toledo – a national monument of Spain, where the cultures and great religions of Spain (Christian, Moorish and Jewish) have left behind a legacy that makes Toledo a special place to visit. After lunch, your sightseeing tour includes Spanish art, history and spirituality, helping to uncover some secrets of this historical and artistic city. Next is Madrid – end of tour.
